Keep Hesperia Beautiful
Join us for Cleanup Day!
As part of our commitment to keeping the community clean, the City of Hesperia holds two Cleanup Days each year. In April and October, the City hosts a Saturday morning cleanup event to remove litter and debris from various locations around the City.
Volunteers receive a Cleanup Day t-shirt (based on registration date), cleanup supplies and a big "thank you" from the City of Hesperia and the community.
Registration is closed for Cleanup Day on October 23, 2021. The City's next Cleanup Day will take place in April 2022. See you then!

Adopt and Make a Difference
Looking to make a difference in your community right now? The City's Adopt-A-Street program is the perfect opportunity for both individuals and groups to make a positive impact right here at home.
The City of Hesperia Adopt a Street program is part of a litter-reduction campaign designed to remove litter and debris from City roads and improve the quality of our environment.
This program establishes a partnership between volunteer groups and the City of Hesperia by working together in the effort of litter control in public right-of-way.
As a volunteer, you will receive:
A safety orientation from the coordinator
Safety equipment including safety vests, gloves, trash bags and road warning signs
Two Adopt a Street signs located at either end of the adopted section announcing your sponsorship
An opportunity to contribute to community beautification
Recognition for a job well done
Show Up, Clean Up
Meet & Clean
Meet & Clean started in 2020 as a means for individuals and groups to make a difference in our community on one day with no preregistration required.
Want to help out? Simply show up at our cleanup location on the day of the event. It's that easy.
As with our other programs, all supplies are provided by the City including gloves, bags and safety vests.
Events begin at 8:00 am and end at 11:00 am.
ALL MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN.
